Will anything be mailed to me?
No. Every game is a PDF download that you print at home, so there’s no shipping cost and no waiting for delivery.
When will I get my digital download?
Straight after your payment is confirmed. We email you a download link and also show it on your order confirmation page.
Can I buy from anywhere?
Yes. Because everything is a download, you can buy and play from anywhere – prices are in US dollars by default, and you can switch currency in the header. The PDFs print on both US Letter and A4 paper.
Which download style should I choose?
Card edition (A6) puts each question or clue on its own card – great for parties. Poker-size cards are the same at playing-card size, 9 per sheet. Sheet edition (A4) lists questions on pages with separate answer keys – easiest for a quiz night.
How do I print the games?
Open the PDF and print at 100% (“Actual size”) on US Letter or A4 paper. Printing answer sheets separately is a good idea.
Can I print more than one copy?
Yes, for your own home, classroom or event. Please see our Digital Downloads page for the full license terms.
My download link doesn’t work.
Links expire after a few days. Open your order page from your confirmation email to get a fresh link, or contact us with your order number.
What’s your refund policy?
If a file won’t open, is missing content or isn’t as described, contact us within 30 days and we’ll fix it or refund you. Full details are on our Returns & Refunds page.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
