Digital downloads

Digital downloads are supplied immediately. At checkout you ask for immediate access and acknowledge that you lose your right to cancel once the download begins. See Digital Downloads.

That doesn’t affect your statutory rights: if a file is faulty, doesn’t open or isn’t as described, contact us at [email protected] and we’ll fix it or refund you.

Digital downloads — refunds

If you experience a problem with a digital download (file won’t open, missing content, or the product is materially not as described) contact us and we will process a refund within 14 working days. Refund requests must be made within 30 days of purchase.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe and can take several working days to show up with your bank.
