What we collect and why
- Order details (name, email, billing address where your payment card requires it, items bought) to take payment, deliver your order and provide support.
- Payment details are collected and processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
- Free game sign-ups: your email to send the download. If you tick the box, we also use it to send occasional marketing emails, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
- Messages you send us through the contact form.
- Analytics and advertising cookies, only if you accept them. See our Cookie Policy.
Who we share data with
- Stripe (payments).
- Our transactional email provider (Resend) for order confirmations and download links, and our email marketing platform if you opted in to marketing emails.
- Google and Meta, if you accept advertising cookies. We don’t send them your name, email or address.
How long we keep it
Order records (name, email, address, items purchased) are retained for 6 years for accounting and tax purposes. Download tokens are deleted after 90 days. Marketing email addresses are retained until you unsubscribe. Contact form messages are deleted after 2 years.
Your rights
Depending on where you live you can ask to access, correct, delete or restrict your data, object to marketing and complain to your data protection authority. Contact us using the details above.
International transfers
Some of our service providers (including Stripe and Resend) process data outside the UK and EEA. Where they do, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses, adequacy decisions, or equivalent safeguards approved by the UK Information Commissioner's Office.
